This role is integral in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, service levels exceed expectations, and client relationships remain strong.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, You WillSupport the delivery of services under the Master Services Agreement (MSA).Manage contractor performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service standards.Act as the escalation point for the Client Service Centre, helping resolve issues quickly.Assist with subcontractor management, invoicing, and accreditation requirements.Maintain accurate systems, records, and reporting (including JDE updates).Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.About YouWe are looking for someone who brings:At least 1 years’ experience in property or facilities management.Strong administration and documentation skills.Proven ability to manage contractors and build relationships.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook (JDE experience preferred).A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.Why Join Us?At Cushman & Wakefield, you’ll be part of a global leader in real estate services, with access to career development, training, and the opportunity to work with major clients.
