The Group has achieved sensible growth in competitive markets through unique skills blended with innovativeness and accountability.We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive – Facilities to manage staff and workers’ accommodation operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment. The selected candidate will be required to work at our project site in Maldives. Key Responsibilities Accommodation ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of staff and worker accommodationMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeepManage housekeeping operations and ensure proper maintenance of dormitories, washrooms, and common areasPlan and allocate bed spaces to optimize occupancy and comfortEnsure effective accommodation space planning for current and future needsSupervise cleaning and facility support staffMeal & Catering AdministrationHandle all meal-related activities including ordering, issuing, preparation, serving, and distributionCoordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, hygiene, and safety practicesArrange meals for special requirements such as night-shift duties and emergency needsSupervise cooks and kitchen staff, including duty roster managementWaste ManagementImplement proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal practicesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the premisesEmployee Relations & DisciplineAddress employee and worker grievances in coordination with Corporate HRMaintain positive employee relations and resolve concerns promptly and fairlyEnforce accommodation rules and promote a respectful and disciplined living environmentMonitor behavior standards and take corrective actions where requiredAttendance & Payroll SupportManage biometric registration and attendance monitoringLiaise with payroll department for attendance-related updatesDistribute payslips and handle approved advance paymentsRequirementsDiploma/Degree in HR, Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in facilities management, dormitory operations, or manpower management preferredStrong leadership, coordination, and communication skillsAbility to manage multicultural teams and work under pressureKnowledge of hygiene, safety, and accommodation management standards is an advantageOverseas work experience will be an added advantagewing / Schematic drawing for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC & Chilled water system & Plumbing services.Drafting sections for clash resolve & analysisCollaborating closely with clients and consultants, addressing technical requirements and obtaining necessary approvals. Presenting design concepts and adaptations to improve construction methodologies and project outcomes.Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
