Facilities Maintenance Engineer (HVAC)

Reports directly to the Facilities & Maintenance ManagerA. Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerates & implements equipment maintenance work instructions & SOPs standardizing activities.Maintaining control over maintenance tools, spare parts & equipment.Implementation of improvement activities to support operation efficiency and sustainability.Monitors time-based verification, calibration & maintenance schedule.Carrying out administrative tasks within the department.Maintains records of all implemented documents, service reports, certificates, etc.Liaise & collaborate with other departments to address manufacturing and facility issues.B. Qualifications:Education/Experience:Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering coursePRC licensed EngineerStrong background of HVAC and Energy ManagementWith at least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance setupSkills:Proficient in MS OfficeAble to read & analyze electrical & mechanical drawings.Able to generate maintenance related procedures & work instructions.Knowledgeable in AutoCad is a plus
