Job Summary:As a Facilities Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all our facilities. You will coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across our retail and F&B outlets.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance across all facilities.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), work orders, and vendor performance.Maintain facility assets, equipment, and inventory records.Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance, and costs.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Support budget preparation and monitor facility-related expenses.Assist in space planning, office moves, and layout reconfigurations.Respond to facility-related requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.Maintain documentation including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety records.Job Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with facility management software is a plus.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent facility issues efficiently.What We Offer:A supportive and friendly team.Career growth opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits.
