In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive smart and sustainable workplace solutions, and help shape environments that support hybrid work, flexibility, and employee experience.

Main ResponsibilityLead regional facility operations including maintenance, security, reception, cleaning, office beverage services and similarLead and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations and complianceDrive strategic initiatives in workplace design, hybrid work, and future-ready environmentsManage internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellenceOversee contracts and service providers to ensure SLA compliance, high-quality service delivery, and cost controlLead the planning and execution of design and build projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, budget, timelines, and qualityOwn budgeting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for your facilitiesChampion sustainability by implementing environmentally responsible practices and tracking impactUse data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and improve workplace outcomesContribute to workplace governance and strategic space planning in your regionMonitor and enhance employee satisfaction, responding to feedback with measurable improvementsWe Expect You To HaveA degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field is advantageAt least 3 years’ experience managing corporate facilities across multiple sites and regionsProven track record managing service providers, contracts, and vendor relationshipsUnderstanding of facility management best practices, compliance standards, and digital toolsDecisive, solution-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in English is required; proficiency in Czech is considered a strong advantageWE Offerhe contract is for an indefinite period of time.
