This role ensures fast, professional responses to guest and hotel management requests, while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and asset care.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor hotel building managers and response teamsOversee maintenance planning and SLA complianceManage subcontractors and ensure quality deliverySupport project management and stakeholder communicationBuild strong relationships with hotel managers and guestsRequirements:Grade 12 + Facilities Management qualification5+ years’ experience in facilities managementStrong knowledge of OHSA, SANS 10400, and hospitality operationsExcellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
