Proposes budgets for projects and programs and determines staff, training, and equipment needs and supports personnel to carry out specific parts of each project. Also checks the technical accuracy, work, output and the soundness of methods for maintenance or construction projects. Establishes administrative procedures and policies including environmental standards. Works to ensure the Safety and Security of the patients, staff and visitors as well as facility assets. The Manager, Facilities Ops supports unit leadership and carries out the mission, vision, values and quality commitment of the physician group practice and assists with planning and carrying out strategies to meet regulatory compliance, patient safety standards, and Joint Commission guidelines. Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree preferred but will substitute three (3) years facilities & space management supervisory experience.JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
