Unlock your fullest potential with us!McDonald’s is the largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 employees serving Filipinos all over the Philippines, and we are continuously on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team!With us, working means an opportunity to grow with our limitless career opportunities, and experience an empowering, inclusive and safe work environment.What you will do:Manage restaurant facilities and maintenance concerns, HVAC, Utilities (Water, Gas Power, etc.), building repairs and other special projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.Oversee project activities (costs, timelines, materials, schedules, and budgets) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, quality standards, and company requirements.Monitor projects to identify potential financial overruns and variances, making recommendations to mitigate risks.Provide timely updates on project milestones, implementing recovery plans as needed.Evaluate contractor and supplier performance, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards.Ensure contractor concerns are handled professionally, balancing the interests of the company and vendors.Lead and attend regular site meetings with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Maintain a database of asset conditions and work history for assigned stores and projects.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect.At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.Who you will work with:Be part of a professional team where you’ll learn from the best employees in the field.
