Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Orlando for a Facilities Solutions Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing building maintenance and janitorial services, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality service delivery. The role requires consulting with clients to understand facility needs, leading projects to provide tailored solutions, and ensuring operational excellence for client facilities. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in consulting and building client relationshipsProficiency in project management to coordinate multiple facility solutionsSales and presales experience, including identifying opportunities and providing solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentExperience in the facilities management or building maintenance industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable
