Which provides vaccinations, physicals, wellness/sick visits, and can act as a primary care provider to all full and part time staff with no co-pays, regardless of their health insurance plan.Position Essential ResponsibilitiesAssists with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC repairs, exterior building maintenance, and other maintenance responsibilities as assigned.Installs, maintains, and repairs major appliances throughout campus.Performs preventive maintenance tasks.Stays alert to and assists with campus security issues.Responds to fire alarms, investigates and carries out duties assigned in resetting alarms, and completes related documentation.Reports repairs needing major parts or a subcontractor to the Facilities Manager.Assists with resident relocations and facilities set-up for meetings.Participates in department on-call rotation.Assists with snow removal and other emergencies as needed.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have a current PA Driver's License.Prior experience in a related role preferred.
