Facility Engineer

Position: Facility Engineer Working Place: Dong Nai Company overview: a global innovation leader providing technology-based materials, ingredients, and solutions for industries such as electronics, construction, automotive, and personal care. Main Responsibilities • Ensure the normal operation of power supply, water supply, gas supply, and cooling systems, as well as the proper functioning of production-related mechanical and electrical facilities and equipment in the factory. • Maintain telephone communication lines and surveillance systems to ensure normal operation. • Ensure the normal operation and condition of air compressors and nitrogen generators, including conducting inspections, implementing preventive maintenance standards, strategies, and plans. • Manage the installation of water, electricity, and gas systems in the factory, ensuring their normal operation and routine maintenance across various workshops. • Handle cost management, including formulating the annual facility budget, monitoring budget usage, developing energy-saving strategies, plans, and tracking their implementation. Technical and Experienced Requirements • Hold an electrician certificate and/or cooling system certificate, with 3 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance. • Skilled in assessing current facility capacity and implementing upgrades, as well as organizing improvements in facility safety and addressing potential hazards. • Familiar with power supply, water supply, gas supply, split air conditioning, communication lines, and mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., lighting, fans, exhaust fans, water heaters, power tools). • Knowledgeable about air compression systems, centrifugal chillers, purified water systems, cleanroom HVAC systems, and bulk gas systems. • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong hands-on skills
