Facility Maintenance Worker, Part Time - ADC Garden City

This position is Part-time, working less than 29 hours per week.This position will be located at the Air Dominance Center, Savannah, GA.Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder minimal supervision this position willAssist with inventory and control of over 870 dorm room keys and auditoriums for approximately 197,252 sq ft. Maintain and stock equipment and supplies. Responsible for upkeep of landscaping and trash removal. Operate power cleaning equipment. Perform routine maintenance, such as unclog toilets, clearing sink, and water fountain drains. Assist skilled trade workers when required.
