Location: Awka, Anambra state and Lagos stateEmployment Type: Full-timeDescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsInspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsReview utilities consumption and strive to minimize costsSupervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractorsControl activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.Allocate office space according to needsHandle insurance plans and service contractsKeep financial and non-financial recordsPerform analysis and forecasting.RequirementHND/BSC degree in related field1 - 3 years related work experienceGood technical reporting skillsExcellent communication skillsMethod of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
