We’ve got an exciting new opportunity for a Facility Specialist to join our European Facilities team on a leave cover. Based in our Virum office this role will support day to day facility and office related administration and coordination of activities. The Role In this new role you will report to our Head of Facilities and work with key stakeholders to help ensure that we are able to manage our offices in as effective way as possible. Your responsibilities will include: Day to day administration activities including managing our all-important facility database, continuous update of the asset register, the coordination of communications to team members, booking, and managing meeting rooms, ordering supplies, and managing deliveries. Supporting the delivery of facility related projects such as office refurbishments and rebrands and lease renewals Supporting the Facilities team with ensuring health and safety processes are maintained and the appropriate work environment initiatives are undertaken Support our work to ensure our offices become more environmentally sustainable Generally offering a helping hand across the team where it’s needed Skills to succeed Excellent administration skills and competency with MS Word and Excel A passion for organising and offering a great service Great communication and stakeholder management skills You’re highly organised and adapt to change You need to be fluent in both Danish and English You love travel and are happy to travel with the role where needed If you’re excited by variety and working in a fast-paced environment and want to join us on our journey, we’d love to chat.
