Job OverviewWorking location: AEON Mall Binh Tan, TakashimayaWorking hours: Work in shiftReports to: SupervisorJob DescriptionCheck and monitor the status of all technical systems (electrical system, generator, camera, public address system, water supply and drainage, fire protection, elevator…) and promptly report incidents to ensure all technical systems operate continuously, stably, effectively, in accordance with procedures, standards and energy saving.Record detailed status and operating parameters of equipment according to each equipment’s inspection items.Supervise contractor’s construction activities, ensure contractor’s compliance with technical, safety and aesthetic standards.Some other technical related work as required by management.Job RequirementsHave experience from 6 months or moreGraduated from high school or higher in Electricity, Refrigeration, Industrial ElectricityHonest, hard-working, responsibleElectrical/refrigeration engineering experience is a plus, if experienced in building operations engineering.
