As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our journey of success.Position: Facility Team LeaderLocation: Saudi Arabia- DammamType: Full-timeJob Summary: ABYAT is seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Team Leader to manage, operate, and maintain the Dammam showroom facilities, ensuring all systems run efficiently and in line with company standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise maintenance teams and technicians to ensure high-quality performance.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Systems, etc.).Manage and execute fit-out and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and design standards.Supervise interior modifications and decorative works within the showroom.Review and approve technical proposals and maintenance contracts.Coordinate works with relevant departments to prevent operational disruptions.Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure alignment with ABYAT standards.Prepare periodic reports on facility condition and preventive maintenance schedules.Control operational costs and propose efficiency improvement measures.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Architectural background preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management.Strong knowledge of fit-out, maintenance, HVAC, and fire systems.Proficiency in SAP and relevant engineering software.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong reporting and follow-up capabilities.
