Role DescriptionThe Job Coach provides individualized, on-site support to clients with disabilities or employment barriers to ensure they can successfully adapt to and thrive in their workplace.
This role focuses on working alongside the client, helping them learn job tasks, build independence, and grow confidence while maintaining clear communication with the employer and support team. Some clients work remotely, the Job Coach may also provide support in virtual work environments. Please note: While I am assisting in gathering referrals for this role, final hiring decisions are made by the FACT hiring team. QualificationsCompassionate, patient, and adaptable attitude. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or neurodiverse needs (preferred). Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to coach without taking over — supporting client dignity and agency.
Comfort working in a variety of job settings (retail, office, warehouse, etc. ). A collaborative, strengths-based approach.
