We’re looking for a Factory Manager with hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing and handicraft production — someone who can uphold our commitment to quality and lead our factory operations efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily factory operations – production, quality control, dispatch, and workforce supervision.Implement and maintain strict quality standards for all furniture and handicraft products.Conduct in-depth QC checks for raw material, joinery, finishing, and final inspection.Plan and fulfill staffing requirements across departments to ensure smooth workflow.Supervise production schedules, ensuring on-time completion of all orders.Monitor and improve production efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain resource discipline.Ensure adherence to technical standards of woodwork, polish, assembly, and finishing.Maintain a safe, clean, and productive factory environment.Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, and logistics teams for seamless operations.RequirementsExperience: 4–5 years in furniture manufacturing / handicraft industry (mandatory).Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing processes.Proven experience in quality control and team management.Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to enforce discipline, productivity, and quality consistency.Technical qualification in Production / Mechanical / Wood Technology preferred.Why Join UsWork with a passionate and creative furniture brand.Be part of a quality-driven manufacturing setup.Opportunity to grow with an expanding premium lifestyle company.
