With operations built on advanced technology and world-class safety standards, the company continues to expand its manufacturing excellence in Indonesia.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety.Ensure production targets, cost efficiency, and quality standards are achieved consistently.Lead initiatives in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all operations.Build, train, and lead a high-performing factory team.Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and operational standards.Prepare operational performance reports and lead reviews with senior management.EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.10+ years of experience in metal production management or heavy industrial manufacturing (e.g., rolling, casting, forging, or fabrication).Proven leadership experience managing large-scale factory operations.Strong command of English (both written and spoken).Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
