Factory Manager

Systemair KSA is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our production operations and drive operational excellence in alignment with the Systemair Group’s global manufacturing strategy.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainable growth of our regional manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure on-time delivery of production targets.Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of engineers and technicians.Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards.Support strategic initiatives in localization, automation, and process improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in HVAC or sheet metal industry).Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM principles.Experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, or equivalent).Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluency in English required.
