Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceBook and enter Dining reservation requests using computerized reservation systemDetailed knowledge of all Food & Beverage Outlets and their menu offeringsPromote and sell any in-house or upcoming Food & Beverage eventsWork closely with all Food & Beverage Outlets to communicate any guest requests or special celebrationsHandle all phone and email inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayPrinting of Outlet menusCoordinate the arrangement of paid amenities in conjunction with guest dining reservationsDesign and print brunch & breakfast labelsManage and coordinate group reservations (10+ guests) across all outlets; prepare Restaurant Event Orders and communicate effectively with guests and outlet managers.
Follow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Strict adherence to all Health & Safety training, guidelines and work practices previous, during and following an epidemic (whether local or global) that are established by Accor, local government, international bodies including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for disease control (CDC)Perform any other duties, tasks, and assignments within your department as required. QualificationsQualifications:
Previous customer service-related experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Windows applicationsPrevious experience using OpenTable is highly desirableWorking knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferredMust be able to type 25 words per minuteStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Frequent sitting throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, walking and standingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
