#BeLimitlessJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Facility Operations or as designated, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Managing and maintaining of boilers and boiler room equipment, HVAC systems and mechanical systems as scheduledManage and maintain the wastewater treatment plant, conducting sampling and testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Operation and repairs of the Chillers, Air Handling Units, Reverse Osmosis system, plumbing, pumps and any other related plant equipmentDevelop and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with best practices. Demonstrate expertise in refrigeration systems. Oversee industrial modifications and installations.
Conduct testing, repairs, and maintenance on boilers, burners, and other plant equipment. Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic activities. Collaborate with contractors for effective project planning and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Maintain swimming pool pump systems. Ensure plant good housekeeping and adherence to safe working practices. Follow all Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) requirements. Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and various departments in the HotelOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of two (2) years' experience as a Building Operator or Building Maintenance Technician in a large hotel, hospital, or multi-facility building.
Possess a Plant Engineer Certificate, Steam Engineer Certificate, or an equivalent engineering qualification is requiredKnowledge and repair skills in building systems, including HVAC systems, boiler operations, Plant Management software systems, and wastewater treatment plants is requiredStrong computer skills, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is requiredExhibit good work ethics, effective communication, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Proven ability to work cohesively as part of a team in a multi-cultural, diverse environmentMust work well in stressful, high pressure situations, maintaining composure and objectivityAdditional InformationSchedules:
