Let’s take your career to new heights. What You Will Be DoingAssist with the day to day administration and coordination of all activities within the Talent & Culture Department including:
creation of PO’s; filing, photocopying, collating, mail, courier, phone and fax; typing of correspondence, reports, charts, tables, brochures and other collateral materialsAssist the Talent Acquisition Team, the Health & Benefits Advisor, and the Learning and Development Manager with administrative duties pertaining to their respective areasDraft correspondence on own initiative for the approval of the Director and/or Assistant Director, Talent & CultureMaintain a confidential, accurate and organized filing system for employee personnel documentsAssist the Director and Assistant Director, Talent & Culture in coordinating employee related activities and events, such as the employee engagement survey, annual colleague gala, recognition events, and moreWelcome colleagues to the Talent & Culture office as the first point of contactAssist colleagues with general inquiries such as account password resets, ID card creation, and nametag requestsFollow and implement all Company and brand established onboarding procedures which ensure new colleagues feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new colleagues’ arrivalAssist in coordinating Company and brand specific orientation and training programsOversee the proper completion of all new hire, transfer, and departure paperwork and processesResponsible for collecting drivers licenses and MVRs, uploading them to Fleet Mentor and ensuring the system is kept up to dateValidate employment of former colleagues as requiredUnderstand, communicate, implement, and adhere to all Talent & Culture policies & proceduresOversee the data input and tracking of information into Dayforce Systems (employee action forms, new hires, terminations, status changes, training, benefits, pension, payroll audit trail, etc.
)Assist Director and Assistant Director, Talent & Culture in maintaining data for AccorHotels statistics requirementsEnsure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiativesAdhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiativesCarry out any other tasks as assignedQualificationsDegree or Diploma in related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources role considered an assetHotel operation experience is considered an assetAbility to support a collaborative environmentSelf‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisionsDemonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityAbility to maintain high service levels under pressureAdditional InformationVisa Requirements:
