Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, content-savvy Social Media & Content Production Manager to bring big ideas to life across our digital channels. In this role, you’ll blend creative execution, production oversight, and campaign coordination to ensure every piece of content doesn’t just go live - it lands with impact. You’ll be the go-to person for managing the day-to-day flow of content and campaigns, working closely with in-house teams, agencies, and production partners to build storytelling that connects.
From rolling out always-on social posts to coordinating micro-drama shoots, you’ll help make sure our brand shows up consistently, memorably, and effectively. Platform Scope & Cadence ExpectationsYou’ll oversee content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (小红书) and other emerging platforms. Expect a steady rhythm of weekly posts, community engagement, and campaign bursts around seasonal moments and launches.
Your Work Will IncludeOverseeing the production and rollout of short-form videos, storytelling series, and static assetsManaging a publishing calendar that balances always-on content with campaign peaksPartnering with media agencies to amplify reach and resultsStaying plugged into platform trends and audience behaviors to keep our content fresh and relevantKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage day-to-day operations of our social channels, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Maintain and update the content calendar so everything runs on time and aligns with brand priorities. Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, approvals, and assets.
Campaign Project ManagementCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder reviews. Work with media agencies to plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns. Keep an eye on progress, resolving any issues quickly to keep projects moving. Content Production OversightOversee the creation of social and campaign content, including short-form videos, micro-dramas, photography, and static visuals. Brief, manage, and review work from creative agencies, production houses, freelancers, and partners. Review and approve scripts, storyboards, and final edits to ensure content is on-brand and platform-ready. Support shoots as needed, from pre-production prep to on-set approvals.
Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on how content and campaigns are performing across key metrics. Share insights and recommendations to improve future work. Innovation & Best PracticesStay up to date on the latest platform features, trends, and creative formats. Bring forward fresh ideas and new approaches that can help us stand out. Job Requirements5-7 years of experience in social media management, campaign coordination, or content production. Experience overseeing digital and social content production, such as short-form videos, micro-dramas, or branded storytelling. Comfortable managing production workflows end to end, from briefing through delivery.
Familiar with social publishing and analytics tools (e. g. , Emplifi, Sprinkler). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A basic understanding of paid media on social platforms is a plus. Experience in traditional broadcast production (e. g. , TV commercials, long-form video) is an advantage but not essential.
