FIDC have a vacancy for a full time Asset/Administrative Co-ordinator. Closing Date: 8th August 2025The Asset/Administrative Co-ordinator is essentially the first point of contact for visitors or telephone enquiries to Shackleton House. This position entails dealing with inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining corporate files and stocks of office sundries and provide administrative support to the business development team. In addition, the post holder will assist the projects team with reactive and proactive asset maintenance and administrative correspondence pertaining to both the Hillside Business Park and FIDC Container Park.
The successful candidate would ideally possess GCSE or equivalent qualifications in both English and Maths along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel are essential, along with a driving licence. This is a full-time position with a salary package commences: £22,375 per annum dependant on qualifications and experience.
