Position: Marriage and Family TherapistType: ContractCompensation: $82 – $287/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesEncourage individuals and families to develop practical strategies to manage conflicts and life challenges.Conduct interviews and guided discussions to help clients understand emotions, behaviors, and relationship dynamics.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and evaluations.Provide counseling and guidance on relationship issues, parenting challenges, separation, and financial or household stressors.Contribute professional insights to train and improve AI tools supporting mental health services.Collaborate with remote teams and leadership to maintain effective communication and service delivery.RequirementsProfessional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist with strong clinical documentation practices.Proficiency in medical billing and practice management software, including PMA, EZ2Bill Confidant, EZClaim, Psych Advantage, Medisoft, SumTime, and SOS Case Manager.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Google Meet, and Zoom.Ability to develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity.Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary and technology-driven environments.Application ProcessUpload resumeInterview (15 min)Submit form
