What are we looking for?A results-driven, target-oriented Sales & Technical Account, with a solid technical background and/or a significant experience in sales, particularly in the food/nutra/pharma raw materials sector. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation, to negotiation and deals’ closing, with a specific focus on Hungary. Your background:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, food science or a related discipline, to ensure understanding and therefore effectiveness in promoting the products and their applications;• In-depth knowledge of chemical raw materials used in the food/nutraceuticals/pharma industry, preferably with comprehension of the supply chain and its specific requirements;• Proven successful track record in B2B sales of the chemical raw materials. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a significant advantage;• Strong technical understanding of the chemistry, properties and applications of the offered materials.
The ability to discuss product specifications, quality standards and usage with customers is essential. Your skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and explain the technical aspects of your products;· Ability in relationship-building to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients;· A problem-solving mindset to address technical challenges and find solutions for customers. This includes troubleshooting product issues and proposing improvements;· The flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and new products;· Preferably based in Slovakia, excellent knowledge of the market and Hungarian language are essential.
Good knowledge of English is also needed for communication with international partners and the Italian headquarters.
