Chief Accountant / Controller

Reporting to Plant Manager in Nitra and indirectly to Group CFO, job responsibilities include the following for the Nitra plant:

- Processing and preparation of monthly financial reports, analyses, statements for third parties (bank institutions, tax authorities…)- Processing of statistical reports, NBS statistics- Processing of all company tax returns, responsibility for tax calculation, communication with the tax office- Preparation of documents for the audit, cooperation with the auditing company- Monitoring and applying of legislative changes, Responsibility for the implementation of changes in laws- Cooperation in the development and implementation of new functionalities of the ERP system- Ownership of the financial plan (cash flow)- Ownership of company reporting P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.

- Management and coordination of subordinate employees- Cooperation with other departments of the company- In coordination with the logistics and operations departments, review/control of the physical inventory values of merchandise, product in progress, semifinished goods and raw materials. - Control and accounting of material consumption- Other tasks according to the requirements of the company managementWith the collaboration of the staff - administrative department under his/her supervision, will carry out or control the following tasks:

- Complete double-entry bookkeeping, strategy management of accounting, resolution of escalations, automatization of accounting processes- Invoicing to customers, and customer collection- Registration and accounting of the company's assets- Preparation and processing of payments to suppliers, processing of received payments from customers, receivables, contact with the bank, preparation of documents for banks- Preparation of documents and cooperation with payroll processorEmployee perks, benefits- financial contribution for meals- contribution to DDS 2%- annual contributions up to €700 (summer & winter contribution)- bonus for recommending a friend €300 (after 3 months of work)- work in a family business with a stable background- remuneration of the employee of the month- vitamin & Christmas package
