Job DetailsDescriptionDocument, support and maintain customer calls and computer hardware. Essential Duties ResponsibilitiesRespond to routine support requests via phone, email and work orders utilizing the company support tracking softwareResearch more complicated support requests and routes to appropriate personnel as necessary; Ensure all work orders are completed timelyMaintain, troubleshoot and administer company PC applications and hardware. Including imaging PC, installing applications, and installing hardware as necessaryMaintain, troubleshoot and administer Company telephones. Including replacing phones, configuring voicemail, and assisting with call routing issuesMaintain hardware and software shipping and, receiving.
Also maintain company hardware and software inventory listCarry cell phone to respond to off-hour support requestsMaintain and troubleshoot printing and scanning hardware and software issues. Travel to branch offices as necessaryWork with Vendors to place and follow up on trouble callsWork closely with end users to resolve problems with software, hardware and networking issuesComplete other duties as assignedEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree (A. A.
) in a computer-related field or possession of a technical certificateMinimum of two (2) years Information Technology related experience, specifically Help Desk Support experience and/or a combination of education and experienceKnowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expectedExperience with Microsoft Office and PC repairs is preferredE-Verify is used to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
