Fashion Buyer

As a Fashion Buyer, you will play a key role in the purchasing process for luxury fashion products, ensuring that our product selection aligns with market trends and customer preferences. Your responsibilities will include research and forecast upcoming fashion trends, selecting and purchasing quality products, and building strong relationships with suppliers. You will also monitor the flow of products and payments to ensure the smooth operation of the Purchasing Department.Responsibilities:Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns to guide selectionsMaintain a balanced product mix (n-o-s items, new trends, and seasonal specials)Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnershipsTrack stock levels and coordinate with marketing teams, merchandisers and sales teams to avoid over/understockingAnalyze sales performance and make adjustments to orders or reordersWorking along with the purchasing department to resolve defects or production issuesCoordinate with the purchasing department to make sure on-time-delivery instructionsMonitor a smooth payment flow for available invoicesRequirements:Fashion Enthusiast especially in luxury brandDiploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in Fashion Merchandising / Business Administration / FinanceHave experience min. 3 years as Buyer/ Merchandiser, preferably in luxury retail fashion / multibrands fashionStrong proficiency in Ms Office, especially in Ms. ExcelStrong communication skills, preferably fluent in EnglishHave knowledge of visual merchandising principles, inventory management tools and vendor managementDemonstrates ownership and has a sense of responsibilityWilling to work in long working hour according to Supplier working hour
