FABRILIFE is looking for Fashion DesignerJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our growing design team at Fabrilife. The right candidate must have strong industry knowledge, proven design expertise, and a passion for creating innovative, trendy, and commercially viable menswear collections.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze global and local fashion trends.Design and develop seasonal and festive collections aligned with Fabrilife’s target market.Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept sketches to production-ready samples.Prepare technical design packs and supervise sample garment development.Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and market relevance.Utilize fabrics, trims, and accessories effectively to create unique yet wearable designs.Conduct fitting sessions and provide corrections for final approval.Ensure designs represent Fabrilife’s brand identity and market position.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMinimum Bachelor’s/Honors Degree in Fashion Design and Technology from a reputed university.Experience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies,E-commerce,E-commerce Startup,F-commerceAdditional RequirementsExperience RequirementsAt least 2-5 years of relevant experience in:Fashion Retail BrandsRetail StoresRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong creativity with market-oriented fashion sense.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.Team collaboration and reporting proficiency.Detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and tailoringJob LocationDhaka (Mirpur 1)
