Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in Milan, offers the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. As a Fashion Designer at VALVYN, you will design, develop, and refine fashion collections with a focus on unparalleled craftsmanship and innovative styles. Key responsibilities include creating sketches, selecting materials, overseeing embroidery and fittings, and collaborating with our global creative team. You will also contribute to conceptualizing seasonal trends and ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and vision. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design and the ability to create inspiring, trend-aligned concepts and sketches.Knowledge of Textiles and a passion for sourcing and integrating premium materials.Experience in Embroidery and detailed craftsmanship techniques.Skill in Fitting and garment adjustments, ensuring consistent design quality and standards.Exceptional creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.Strong organizational and communication skills to support collaborative team efforts and client interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with digital design tools and software is an added advantage.Previous experience in luxury fashion design or a related area is highly desirable.
