QA Project Analyst

Job Title: Project Analyst -Quality AssuranceOverview: We are looking for a Project Analyst to support the delivery of a global Quality Assurance project. This role focuses on document review, data analysis, and collaboration with international teams to ensure alignment with quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key support role in driving project milestones, while working closely with both global and local site teams. Key Responsibilities: Support project execution by coordinating activities aligned with quality objectives. Conduct data gathering, initial data analysis, comparison and gap analysis on quality documentation. Review laboratory documentation (e. g. specifications, standards, procedures, instructions).

Collaborate with global teams to plan updates to quality documents; local sites will implement changes. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders. Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours meetings due to global time zones. Embrace evolving tasks and responsibilities as the project progresses. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e. g. Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology). 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within pharma, medtech, or a regulated industry. Experience working with Quality Documentation and understanding regulatory requirements. Strong data analysis and planning skills; able to formulate actions based on data findings.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and local teams.
