The Procurement Associate is responsible for managing procurement and financial processes, including creating and tracking purchase orders, processing a variety of invoices, and administering Purchasing Card and Travel & Entertainment credit card programs. Responsibilities also include maintaining contract and subscription records, overseeing the online catalog store, and handling special item orders for events and recognition programs. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional duties include reconciling reimbursements and supporting new hires with credit card onboarding. Position Specifications:

High school Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service-related position with knowledge of the promotional products industry and purchasing and procurement related activities; or, up to 1 year experience in customer related position with a degree in supply chain managementKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
