What You’ll DoWe’re looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to help drive visibility and growth across our programs. This role will lead digital marketing efforts, content creation and support cross-functional coordination with program managers, growth teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities IncludeDevelop marketing materials such as flyers, one-pagers, decks, and web contentManage digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and performance trackingBuild and maintain contact lists, draft outreach content, and track engagementMaintain brand-aligned templates and content systemsCoordinate projects across marketing, delivery, and growth teamsCreate and maintain internal documentation and marketing playbooksContribute to event marketing, pitch decks, and web copy as neededUse AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign executionSuccessful Candidates Will Have The Following Qualifications3-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content strategyProficiency in platforms like Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, and similar toolsExperience managing digital marketing campaigns and performance metricsStrong collaboration and project coordination skills across teamsA self-starter mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsExcellent writing, editing, and visual communication skillsPreferred:
