We are looking for two passionate and skilled E-commerce Operations Lead Volunteers to help us build, launch and manage our first online store. The store will feature products whose sales will directly fund our projects — 100% of the profits will go to our cause. About Femme IncroyableFemme Incroyable is a small non-profit organization in Belgium dedicated to empowering women and girls in socio-economically disadvantaged situations in sub-Saharan Africa while also creating impact in Belgium. Through initiatives that focus on economic independence, education, and social justice, we strive to create long-term, sustainable change. What You Will DoAs a volunteer, you will:

Lead the planning, design, and launch of our e-commerce platform. Manage and collaborate with our team of volunteers (designers, e-commerce assistants, content creators, etc). Develop and implement an effective product upload, pricing, and order fulfilment process. Oversee a product mix that includes: 1- Print-on-demand merchandise (e. g. , apparel, accessories) to minimize upfront inventory costs. 2- Handmade items crafted by women participating in our sewing training program in Guinea-Bissau. Ensure the online store is user-friendly, secure, and aligned with our brand. Coordinate with our communications and fundraising teams to promote the store.

Strong organizational and digital skills. Interest in online marketing, SEO, or customer experience. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Ability to manage a small teamCreativity and a solution-oriented mindset.
