This role offers the perfect opportunity to combine your expertise in luxury retail with your natural talent for building meaningful client relationships.

You will play a key role in representing our brand and creating bespoke experiences that delight our clientele. Provide emotionally enriched, personalised service that creates memorable luxury client experiences. Build and nurture loyal client relationships through genuine connection and CRM initiatives. Tailor bespoke experiences by deeply understanding client desires to maximise sales performance. Engage clients with expert product knowledge, storytelling, and insightful questions. Continuously propose innovative ideas to enhance client value and elevate the in-store experience. Take ownership of sales targets while fostering an elegant and welcoming store atmosphere.

What you’ll bring2-3 years of proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role. Caring, authentic, and trusted advisor with a passion for luxury retail. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong client-focused approach. Confident, approachable, and attentive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
