Join us, and you could be one of them. About the Role: As Brand Manager for Ferrero Caribe, you will be the strategic force behind one of the world’s most beloved brands, Nutella, across Puerto Rico and the Caribe region (Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, and Jamaica). You’ll lead brand planning, marketing execution, and product innovation—driving growth and deepening consumer love for the spreads and cookie categories. This is your opportunity to shape brand stories, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a measurable impact in diverse and dynamic markets.

If you’re passionate about building brands that resonate and thrive, this role is made for you. This position is hybrid. Main Responsibilities: Lead brand strategy and positioning aligned with business goals and consumer insights. Execute marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Manage A&P budgets and brand P&Ls to drive profitability. Oversee product portfolio, support new launches, and guide pricing strategy. Ensure compliance with Ferrero’s Freshness Quality Policy and support demand forecasting. Track brand performance using KPIs like awareness, engagement, and market share.

Use data insights to optimize brand strategy and marketing effectiveness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis using Circana, Nielsen, SAP, and BW. Manage RDP documentation and lead NPD/PDA processes for product development. Prepare product specs and presentations to support client and sales teams. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve brand objectives. Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 4–7 years in brand management or marketing roles, ideally within the Caribbean region.

Knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, and Jamaica. Proficiency in Circana, Nielsen, SAP, BW, and data-driven marketing tools. Ability to translate insights into compelling brand strategies and campaigns. Strong organizational skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives. Excellent presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Must be fully English/Spanish bilingual. How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.

So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.
