We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to our field operations team. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments, particularly in blue-collar or multi-site operational settings. As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to resource for all things employee relations—coaching leaders, resolving complex workforce issues, and driving engagement across the region. You'll have a direct impact on frontline employee experience and play a vital role in strengthening our company culture across multiple sites.
What will you do day-to-day?Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to field and site-level leaders. Manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and care. Coach managers on handling performance management, conflict resolution, and policy adherence. Champion employee engagement through on-the-ground presence and communication strategies. Travel regularly to build relationships and drive consistency across sites. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals. Who are you?Proven HR experience in a blue-collar, multi-site operational environment. Strong background in employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach at all levels. Passion for employee engagement and hands-on field support. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, mostly local with some regional overnight travel.
