You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, system administrators, and designers to ensure our web applications are fast, scalable, and reliable.

 What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain scalable, secure, and functional server-side applicationsWrite clean, reusable code and troubleshoot existing applicationsCollaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elementsManage performance optimisation and refactor legacy systems with modern toolsParticipate in the full software lifecycle, from design to deploymentLiaise with internal teams to gather requirements and identify new featuresSupport internal stakeholders and contribute to documentation and trainingWhat You’ll BringSolid experience as a back-end developer with a strong understanding of web application architectureProficiency in Java and SQL (MySQL), with hands-on experience building scalable server-side logicFamiliarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support smooth integration with UI teamsExperience working with CMS frameworks (such as Strapi, Directus or simulaire) and integrating third-party APIsGood understanding of databases, both relational and non-relationalKnowledge of version control tools like Git (we use GitLab) and modern development environments (e.
