Join our team today and embark on an adventure of growth, learning, and innovation!Your ImpactPerform installation, termination, and testing of fiber optic cables and associated equipment.Efficiently troubleshoot and repair fiber optic cables and related components.Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure prompt completion of projects.Keep precise records of tasks completed and resources utilized.Strictly follow safety regulations and standards during all operations.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.Continuously stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.Conduct routine maintenance checks on fiber optic networks and infrastructure.Coordinate with team members to optimize project planning and execution.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend improvements.Assist with fiber optic cable splicing and fusion tasks as needed.Prepare detailed reports on project progress and performance metrics.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Support emergency response and recovery efforts related to fiber optic infrastructure.Talent is essential to meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges. If this sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to have that first discussion of you joining our team.Who You AreMinimum 3-5 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.Knowledge of industry standards and practices.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and schematics.Familiarity with fiber optic testing equipment and software.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Must have a valid driver's license.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to fiber optic installation and maintenance.Experience in project management and scheduling.Understanding of fiber optic cable types, connectors, and terminations.Familiarity with OTDR testing and analysis.Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and project management software.Familiarity with GIS and other mapping software.Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Willingness to travel for job assignments, as needed.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or at heights.Who We AreEmbark on an exhilarating journey with Doota Industrial America, where we unite forward-thinking pioneers driven by a passion for innovation.
