As we gear up for national retail expansion and long-term brand building, we need a *seasoned operator who knows the food CPG world inside and out.
**The Role: *This is *not a light-touch advisory role. We are looking for a **fully involved Non-Executive Director—someone who can commit to **one full day per week*, actively participating in strategy, decision-making, and high-level company direction. You’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team to shape the company’s future across all major growth areas. *We’re Only Considering Candidates Who Have:
*âś… *15+ years of experience in the food & beverage CPG industry*âś… Senior leadership roles at established and (ideally) nationally recognized food brandsâś… A successful track record scaling food CPG brands through retail, DTC, or bothâś… Expertise across brand strategy, go-to-market, operations, fundraising, and growthâś… The ability to bring thought leadership, sharp instincts, and hard-earned perspective to the table*Your Impact: ** Shape and refine our *national growth strategy** Guide our *retail and distribution roadmap** Help evolve and strengthen our *brand positioning and architecture** Advise on *fundraising strategy and investor communication** Serve as a critical, trusted voice on all high-level business decisions*Compensation:
