Responsibilities Onboarding of low, medium, and high-risk clientsConduct periodicreviews and preparea detailed analysisfor the Client Acceptance CommitteeDay-to-day compliance-related activities, checks, and inspectionsLiaise with the Front Office on outstanding KYC issuesConduct enhanced due diligence on PEP and high-risk clientsMaintain file and documentation for Audit and Supervisory body, ensuring proper document quality and retentionConduct ad hoc investigations and clarifications on third-party adverse news and anomalous transactional behaviours, reporting to Line Managers and to the Head of Compliance and AFCEscalate suspicious activities for analysis of whether a SARs to MROS may be requiredProfileUniversity degree in Swiss law, economics or equivalent professional trainingMinimum 4 years of experience in the field of AFCPrevious experience in remediation activities considered an assetAbility to work independently while being a team playerVery good knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework in terms of AML and CDBStrong analytical skills to assess the economic background of transactionsFluent in English and French, knowledge of another language considered an assetReliable, proactive, and honest personalityExcellent organisational skills and time managementProficiency in MS Office, GT Sanctions, PM1, FINNOVASwiss nationality (or C permit)Swiss domiciliation
