What you will doAs a Data Analyst at Fido, you will be responsible for turning raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategy and decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Business Development to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Your key responsibilities will include: Conduct a thorough analysis of product, business, and operational activities to inform strategy and execution.
Serve as the analytical point of contact for various teams - including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Business Development. Apply advanced statistical concepts to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs to support real-time decision-making. Collaborate closely with other data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists. Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive business growth. . Who you are5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in Saas or B2C company.
BSc in computer science or equivalent. Strong SQL skills and experience of working with large datasets and analytical databases. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI or any other equivalent tool. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges, driving unique and impactful solutions. Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization. Experience in Marketing or Product-related analysis - advantage. Experience with financial data - advantage. Experience with python - advantage.
