Job Description

Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners in the Solo area.Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams regarding partner operations.Monitor partner performance and resolve operational issues.Organize meetings and engagement activities to strengthen partner relationships.Requirements:Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in partner engagement, business development, or similar roles.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Familiarity with the Solo area and local network is a plus.
