Field Application Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the installation, commissioning, and technical support for the company’s products (machine vision inspection systems) at customer locations.Be responsible for the commissioning of deep learning-based products, data labeling, and performing secondary development of post-processing algorithms at the application level.Handle hardware testing and assembly tasks within the company’s laboratory.Required QualificationsPossess strong communication and practical (hands-on) skills, coupled with a proactive attitude.Proficiency in using MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.).Willingness to work overtime and travel for both short-term (2-4 months) and long-term assignments domestically and internationally, as required by projects.Previous experience in debugging machine vision and deep learning products is highly desirable.Experience in the assembly and debugging of automated equipment is also preferred.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Proficiency in one or more vision software and libraries, such as Halcon, OpenCV, Cognex VisionPro, or Keyence.Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, and Modbus.Familiarity with automation systems, robotics, or PLC programming.Good English proficiency.Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.
