Field Application Engineer

Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced field application engineer, system engineer, or support engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Network, Firewall, and Linux technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The position will involve working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as providing technical support and training.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux systems.Provide technical support to customers.Develop and deliver technical training.Write technical documentation.Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux technologies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in English
