Field Application Engineer

Our business has very high growth in TI and is in a segment where the market isfast growing. We’re searching for field applications engineer who have thepassion and excitement to grow, innovative, take an active role in opportunitiesfinding, execute the characterization until ramp, and provide post rampapplication support to customers.This role is responsible for application support for Multiphase Processor Power used in data center server and telecom equipment, Keyresponsibilities include:• Answer customer questions and supporting design-inactivities for released products. This includes:o Reply email questions from customerso Schematic and Layout Review of customer applicationo Debug of customer problems by re-creating issues in our evaluation boardsand/or customer boardso On-site support for customer board as required as well as for technicaltraining and deep-dive • Write application notes that explain different use cases, implementationand/or flexibility of our products Qualifications - External Minimum qualifications- Bachelor in Electrical Engineer or related field ofstudy- A minimum of 2 years’experience in CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, and ASICs’ multiple phase power supply design,analysis, debug and related PSU design field.- Familiar with VR14, SVI3, PWMVID,AVSBus and PMBus 1.4 protocol etc.- Understanding of power supplytopology and control law, familiar with TLVR technologies.- Ability to run simulations, andcreate/ review schematics and PCB layout- Basic knowledge of EMI/EMCstandards- Fluent in English Preferredqualifications:• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solvingskills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectivelywith people in different functions• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influentialrelationships• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced andrapidly changing environment• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
