Company OverviewZero-Error Systems (ZES) provides high-reliability semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs)/electronic modules and reliability testing services that enable higher functionality, lower cost, longer lifetime and higher power efficiency for space, and various power management applications.About The RoleZero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking versatile, detail-oriented Field Application Engineering - Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ZES’ products. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, development environment, you will also play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to customers. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Customer Support and Relationship ManagementServe as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing their queries and providing technical support.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Provide effective FAE support to customers for ZES products, through alignment with internal sales teams and engineering team.Be the “Voice of the Customer” for solving technical issues.Provide support and enablement to clients, including training, marketing collateral and sales tools Pre-Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical proposals.Assist in the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.Provide technical input for the development of sales strategies and proposals. Technical Expertise and Solution DevelopmentStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.Develop and customize technical solutions to meet specific customer requirements.Partner closely with the engineering team to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.Join the product testing phase with the testing team to have a deep understanding the products Post-Sales SupportEnsure successful product implementation and integration at customer sites.Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues. Documentation and ReportingPrepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and technical reports.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions.Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer activities and support issues. Any other duties assigned.Key RequirementsMaster or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field.Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, embedded systems, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the region.Proven experience in a field application engineering or similar technical support role for semiconductor components (Power management ICs, MCUs/FPGAs are preferred) and for embedded systems (with hardware/software operations).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently as well as a good team playerDetail-oriented, with a strategic outlook and a focus on driving results.Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
