You are required to deal with customers for problem solving, pre-sales activities, and customer training. You are responsible for supporting Korea customers using Illumina's sequencing and microarray systemsPosition ResponsibilitiesCoordinate new installations, including facility inspections, and assay validationProvide comprehensive technical training and supportProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customers issues related to user’s technical skills, biochemistry/assay design, experimental design, software and instruments.Carry out projects that include demonstrations, feasibility studies, and new product evaluationHelp to maintain and increase product usage, and supporting sales efforts through technical presentations and demonstrationsProvide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific presentationDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customersCreate and maintain support information in the company enterprise databaseActing as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams.Build effective relationships with new and existing clients for field application purpose, monitor the customers feedback on product usage and maintenanceDevelop and improve key company processes that support our mission of building a world-class customer support organization.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
